Subdivision Site Plan — Lots 2A and 2B

Liberty Commons has two parcels that were created with a plan by Whitman & Bingham Associates, dated June 4, 1990.

Lot 2A contains an area of 524,677± square feet or 12.04± acres with 137.98 feet of frontage along Willard Street. It created the parcel of land for the Liberty Commons Conservation Trust. Lot 2A has conservation restrictions to essentially not allow for any development or site improvements of this site. It will remain in it’s nature undeveloped state. Lot 2A acts as a nature buffer between Liberty Commons and Wildwood Condominiums, another condominium developer designed and built by Bovenzi, Inc.

Lot 2B contains an area of 520,298± square feet or 11.94± acres with 797.96 feet of frontage along Old Mill Road. This is the parcel of land that all of the buildings, roadways, and other site improvements are located. Lot 2B has two privately owned and maintained roads named Berrington Road and Gates Crossing. Gates Crossing contains two buildings (Buildings 1 and 2) and our sewer pump station. Berrington Road is the bulk of the development with nine buildings (Buildings 3-11). Gates Crossing and Berrington Road are separated by a perennial brook that discharges onto the Liberty Commons Conservation Trust parcel of land.
