Unit 43 has an Ownership Percentage of 0.8239% in Liberty Commons Condominium Trust (Liberty Commons). Unit 43 is not a handicapped accessible Unit. The original and each subsequent Unit Deed and the Master Deed for Liberty Commons Condominium Trust grants two non-exclusive parking spaces in the Common Areas of Liberty Commons.

The second lot is a deed restricted conservation parcel with 12.04± acres.
