About Liberty Commons . Info

Since approximately 2005, Liberty Commons Condominium Trust, commonly known as “Liberty Commons,” has been hijacked by a minority group of unelected and self-appointed individuals who have continuously violated their fiduciary obligations to each and every Unit Owner of Liberty Commons Condominium Trust.

LibertyCommons.Info is a self-funded resource and its goal is to provide a collaborative and collective voice for Unit Owners and residents of Liberty Commons, a 132 unit condominium development located along the north side of Old Mill Road between Jungle Road and Willard Street in Leominster, Massachusetts. LibertyCommons.Info was created to efficiently communicate amongst each other to enhance the community on matter of common interest, make a positive impact, allow individuals to get involved, share ideas, be informed, and to foster a cohesive, diverse, and inclusive “community.” All of these objectives can be achieved through the majority of Unit Owners collectively working together with the common goal to influence intelligent business decisions, ensure sound fiduciary responsibility is used in every decision and comprehensive due diligence is conducted, by always conducting ourselves with full transparency, and being fair and treating for all Unit Owners equally.

Tree Removal Scheduled — 3/20/2017

Due to the recent blizzard, the removal of the two 80-foot pines trees behind Building 11 (153-183 Berrington Road) and Building 2 (18-32 Gates Crossing) was delayed and rescheduled. One of the trees fell onto a deck and stairs and the other has a potential risk of falling, therefore Liberty Commons’ Board of Trustees must have these trees taken down to mitigate our risks and liabilities to people and property.

Yesterday, Thursday, March 16, 2017, an area behind Building 2 was plowed to allow access for the 100-foot crane that will be used to remove the trees. The work was rescheduled to Monday, March 20, 2017, contingent upon weather conditions.

All vehicles must be removed from the parking lot at Gates Crossing before 7:00 AM EST on Monday, March 20, 2017, without exception. Guest parking spaces in front of Building 1 (2-16 Gates Crossing), Building 2 (18-32 Gates Crossing), or in the main complex may be utilized, as needed. Any vehicles causing an obstruction will be removed at the vehicle owner’s sole expense and liability.

Access to the dumpster at Gates Crossing will also be restricted on Monday, March 20, 2017, during the time that the setup, removal, and cleanup are being performed. Residents should use one of the other four dumpsters in the main complex.

As stated previously, unauthorized people should not be in the work areas, nor outside the rear of Building 2 or Building 11, nor on decks, patios, or walks for everyone’s safety and to mitigate unnecessary risks and liabilities.
