Preventative Tree Maintenance Progress

Today, Monday, August 28, 2017, the tree removal service contractor, M&M Tree Service LLC, removed, trimmed or shaped the following trees at Liberty Commons. The crew worked hard and accomplished a lot today in a professional and efficient manner. Liberty Commons’ Board of Trustees are relying upon M&M Tree Service LLC’s expertise when in comes to decisions to trim and shape verses removal. The pros and cons are presented to Liberty Commons’ Board of Trustees and decisions are rendered.

Buildings 1 and 2

  • Removed the dead trees, broken tree limbs, and remove some of the vines entangled in trees between Building 1 and 2 near the dumpster enclosure
  • Trimmed the low hanging branches on the birch tree at the east side of the parking in front of Building 2 near Unit 32

Building 3

  • Removed the trees directly behind Unit 9 and 11
  • Removed the trees directly behind Unit 13 and 15
  • Trimmed the branches and/or remove the tree behind Unit 21 and Unit 23
  • Removed low hanging branches on the east end of the front parking lot between Unit 1 and Unit 3 and Old Mill Road to permit the stacking of snow in the winter months

Building 5

  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 45 and 47

Building 6

  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 77 and Unit 79
  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 85 and Unit 87
  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 93 and Unit 95

Building 7

  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 88 and Unit 90
  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 92 and Unit 94
  • Trimmed the tree directly behind Unit 80
  • Trimmed the tree directly behind Unit 102

Building 9

  • Remove tree branches that are encroaching on the side of Unit 149 and Unit 151 and at the tree removal contractor’s discretion any small trees that are or may impact the building or equipment access to the rear of the building, as necessary

Building 10

  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 152 and Unit 154 as it was too big to remain
  • Trimmed the branches and/or remove the tree directly behind Unit 172 and Unit 174
  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 160 and Unit 162

Building 11

  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 157 and Unit 159
  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 169 and Unit 171
  • Removed the tree directly behind Unit 173 and Unit 175
  • Trimmed the branches on the tree between Unit 165 and Unit 167’s front walk in the grass area

The tree removal service contractor will return on Thursday and/or Friday to complete the work assigned and approved.

As another reminder, residents are not to intact with nor talk to Liberty Commons’ contractors, except for Trustees and Liberty Commons’ Managing Agent. Any contractor here on behalf on Liberty Commons Condominium Trust to preform work. Delays in work, could cost all Unit Owners additional money. Any additional costs incurred could be billed back to the Unit that this person or persons is/are associated with.
