for consideration paid and in full consideration of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars

grants to PETER E. BOVENZI, as Trustee of the LIBERTY COMMONS REALTY TRUST under Declaration of Trust dated November 17, 1994 and recorded with the Worcester Northern District Registry of Deeds, book 2649, Page 325

with quitclaim covenants,

A certain parcel of land situated off Old Mill Road, Leominster, Worcester County, Massachusetts containing approximately 12.04 acres and shown as Lot 2A on a Plan (“Plan“) entitled “Land in Leominster, Mass., owned by Wildwood Realty Trust dated June 4, 1990 drawn by Whitman & Bingham Assoc. – Reg. Engineer & Surveyor, which Plan was recorded at the Worcester Northern District Registry of Deeds at Plan Book 343, Page 21

Being that lot shown on said Plan as “Area Subject to Conservation Restriction”.

Subject to and together with the benefit of a Declaration of Conservation Restriction for Liberty Commons (Formerly Old Mill Apartments) Leominster, Massachusetts established by instrument of even date recorded immediately prior hereto.

Being the same the premises conveyed to Grantor by deed of Peter E. Bovenzi, as Trustee of Wildwood Realty Trust dated November 17, 1994 and recorded as aforesaid at Book 2649, Page 337.

Executed as a sealed instrument this 2nd day of June, 1997.
